About Dr. Chesser
Steve Chesser, MD, serves as Medical Director. He has worked in behavioral health since 2010 and brings a whole-person approach to care. Inspired by supporting family members affected by addiction, he focuses on prevention, relapse support, and helping guests rediscover joy without substances.
Dr. Chesser recently completed a 10-hour DEA course on opioid prescribing. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
Outside of work he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and spending time with his Labrador Retrievers. His guiding belief is simple. Every day is a new day to start anew.
